JD Wyczalek – October 02, 2025

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

Mr. Joe, how are you?

– Joe (media)

Hey, how’s it going, JD?

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

Doing good, thanks.

– Joe (media)

Good, good. Good to see you. All right, my screen’s a little bit wonky. Let me fix that. Perfect. All right.

How was your trip?

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

It was good. I went to a business conference.

– Joe (media)

Oh, very nice.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

Yeah. I had a layover. So it was in Oklahoma, flew from Oklahoma to Dallas, and then from Dallas back to Phoenix, Arizona.

Oh, okay. And it was Friday. When I landed in Dallas at 6 p.m., I got a notification. I notification.

got a notification. And that all flights into Phoenix were canceled.

– Joe (media)

Oh, no.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

That’s the last thing you want to hear, yeah. Yeah, so I had a 12-hour layover. So thankfully, I was able to get a hotel.

But then I lost my in all the shuffle. I’m sorry to hear it.

– Joe (media)

I’m somewhere in Dallas.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

So I’m like, oh, no, what do I do? So I came up with some ideas. One idea was rent a car and drive home.

I didn’t want to do that. But I went to the airport and said, I lost my. And they printed out my boarding pass.

And I went through TSA no problem.

– Joe (media)

Oh, wow. Yeah, that happened to me once, actually. It’s crazy that they are.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

They it, right?

– Joe (media)

But they were able to verify. But I think the way they’re doing it now is that if you’re in the system, right, if you fly often, you’re in that secure pass, right?

So now it’s all like visual. I think that’s why it’s a little bit more, it seems like less stringent, but they got it on the back end, right?

Like your photo and all that.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

Probably, probably, yeah.

– Joe (media)

So I wanted to, yeah, go ahead. I just wanted to kind of talk to you about numbers. Like, you know, last I checked, I had seen two signups for the webinar, but I’m looking in here in the pipeline, I’m only seeing one person for the webinar.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

I got an email from someone that said they were unable to do it, and they were going to sign up for the next one available.

Oh, speaking of the next one available, I’m actually out of town next Thursday, and I’m going to be in.

An area where there’s no Wi-Fi at all.

– Joe (media)

Okay.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

So can we push out next week to the week after?

– Joe (media)

Yes, we can. So then what I’ll need to do is I’ll pause the – we’re going to pause the ads then, right, for a week because we don’t want to be running ads if you’re going to be out of town.

And during that time, JD, I’m going to have the team get us some more creatives and stuff as well.

Okay. And also I was going to ask, did you see the video scripts that I sent over as well?

So there’s some video ad scripts, right, that if you record those, those will be assets that we can add to your campaign, which usually resonate deeper.

I’ll redrop those to you just in case you missed them.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

And when you have some time, if you can just record those for us so we can throw those into the mix with it as well.

Yeah, I did not see those.

– Joe (media)

Yeah, they’re in the folder with all the copies. in Here So sometimes clients will see it as just copy to approve.

But yeah, there’s some scripts in there for video. Oh, yeah.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

I just thought it was text script.

– Joe (media)

Okay. Okay. No worries. I’ll drop them again there for you. Yeah. Let me know which ones to look at and what actions you want me to take with that, please.

Okay. Yeah, I can do that for you. All right. Now, in terms of the Zoom, right? So, like, that’s what we want to talk about, right?

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

So. Yeah.

– Joe (media)

How do I launch this thing? How do I launch it, right?

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

Before we do that.

– Joe (media)

Okay, sure.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

How do I see how many people have registered for the event?

– Joe (media)

Okay. So let me go in. I’m going to share my screen here with you, okay?

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

Okay.

SCREEN SHARING: Joe started screen sharing –

SCREEN SHARING: Joe started screen sharing –

– Joe (media)

All right. So, when you log into into Goal High… High… So it’s going to take you to your agency account right here.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

What you want to do is come into your sub-account and then go into right here where it says switch sub-account.

Yep.

– Joe (media)

And then we’re going to go to the opportunity section right here. So when we click opportunities, so we have our Wojo webinar pipeline right here.

So we have three different pipelines. The one you want to look at is this one right here.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

Okay.

– Joe (media)

And then when you come in here, anybody that signs up, they’re going to start to accumulate in this row right here.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

So she is signed up for it?

– Joe (media)

Yeah, she’s signed up for it tonight.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

Okay.

– Joe (media)

And then, obviously, like.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

And then She is going to get an automated email and text message reminding her about the event.

– Joe (media)

Yeah, she will. So she’s actually going to receive. So she just, she’ll get her up. A message today, a few hours before, and then like an hour before, and then she’ll get an email.

So yeah, she’ll get a few messages throughout the day to remind her.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

Can you go back to that text message? So it says, it says from Joseph Wyczalek, which is my legal name, scroll down.

Can we change that to JD? How do I change that to JD?

– Joe (media)

Right here? Yeah.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

Yeah, we can do that.

– Joe (media)

So I can update that for you.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

Okay. So change it to J.D.

– Joe (media)

Okay. J.D. Yeah, we can do that for you.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

Yeah. As a, yeah, like it shows there.

– Joe (media)

Okay.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

And they just get rid. So my legal name is Joseph and, but I go by JD.

– Joe (media)

Yeah. Yeah. I’ll update it there. That way, that way people, they come onto the webinar too. Like they’ll get used to, you know.

Right, right.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

Who’s, who’s Joseph? Whatever, yeah.

– Joe (media)

Right. That’d be you. Right. So, so yeah, JD, it’s, it’s a little bit of a, it was a slow ramp up, right, for that first week, you know, like, and obviously we’re looking at a specific niche, right?

Like, not everybody’s got these, these age students, but I’m hoping that, you know, by the time the next one comes around, we’re going to start to see some more volume here, especially because we’ll be getting more creatives.

Um, the faster you get the videos to us as well, we can throw those in there with it. All that’s going to be very helpful.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

Um, question, question for you is, I know you opened up the age bracket a little bit.

– Joe (media)

Yeah.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

What, um, what area are you, are we targeting for this? Are we targeting Maricopa County or are we targeting?

Targeting all of Arizona.

– Joe (media)

So I know it’s, I believe, like, let me just verify here with the media buyer, not able to go into the actual meta account right this moment.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

Okay. For some reason, it’s not letting me this morning.

– Joe (media)

I’m not sure why. So my media buyer has been in there. But so we had it set to a radius around your location, right?

Right. So, like, it’s right now, it’s about a 60-mile radius around your location is the target area, right? So, you know, I’m not sure if you want to expand that out further, or if you want us to go by county, we can do that as well.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

I want to expand it further to include Tucson, which is probably about 150 miles.

– Joe (media)

Okay. So you’re okay with about 150-mile radius?

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

Yes.

– Joe (media)

Okay. Yeah, I think that’ll definitely help as well. Thank

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

The two big counties are Maricopa County and Pima County. Maricopa County is Phoenix and Scottsdale, and Pima County is Tucson.

– Joe (media)

Okay.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

Like 90% of the state population is between those two counties.

– Joe (media)

I hear you. Okay. So yeah, we’ll expand that out then. It may be that we’re also, like, we’re too narrow, right?

So we’re not reaching enough people. So we’ll definitely expand that out for you. So we’ll get all that going.

Yeah, for some reason, like, see, when I click Ads Manager, it doesn’t let me get in. I’m like, is everybody else having this problem?

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

Yeah. Is just me? Yeah, it’s not letting me with any of my clients’ accounts.

– Joe (media)

So, but as far as that all goes, like, we… you. First week, right, what we’d like to do is, like, in the first week, we’re analyzing to see what happened in this first week, right?

Obviously, we see that we didn’t get the best results that we wanted for the first webinar. So with that, we’re making tweaks.

I’m already happy with one.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

Because that was way better than the thousands of dollars I spent previously.

– Joe (media)

Okay, awesome.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

And I know, I know that it takes a little bit of time to identify certain areas to, and once that happens, I think I’m pretty, I’m pretty excited about the next one.

– Joe (media)

Yeah, yeah. And it, and, and that, mean, you’re not going to be here next week. So that’s going to give us time to have all the assets launched and ready to go a week before.

So that way, it’ll just be a bigger, bigger wrap up for you, for sure.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

Yeah.

– Joe (media)

All right. So for the Zoom, right? So I can’t share my, like, I can’t show you how, like. On my end, right, what you would need to do, but essentially what, I can send you a Loom after this as well, going over it, but what you would do, you would just hit open your Zoom interface, right, and then you’re going to hit start new meeting, right, and you just start the meeting up, and the link that we have here for your Zoom is your main meeting room, right?

So what I would like to do, JD, is I would like to set up a continuous meeting, right, that just runs, and that way all you have to do is hit the start button, right, on that meeting that’ll come every week.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

And that meeting is going to be automatically recorded?

– Joe (media)

So it’s, it, you could set it that way, um, set it to automatically record, I would like you to record each webinar, just so that way, like, um, we can always analyze, too, to see what’s going on in the webinar, right, and see where areas are, like, um, you know, drop-offs, show rates, like, um, all those things are very helpful for us as well.

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

Okay. Cn we set that up automatically?

– Joe (media)

Yeah, let’s do that. All right. So with the meeting, right? So we’re going to set a meeting for, we’ll set it for when you’re going to get back, right?

So like, since you already have one that’s going to be going tonight, you’re just going to start your meeting like you wouldn’t normally do, right?

So like when you open the homepage of Zoom, you’ll see where it just says, it says schedule a meeting, join a meeting, or start a new meeting, right?

All you have to do is hit start new meeting, and then it’s going to, you’re going to go live basically, right?

At that point. So what I want to do is I want to test that first. Okay. So if you would, I’m going to jump, we’re going to jump off Zoom here, right?

You’re going to go into your interface, and then you’re going to hit start new meeting, and then I’m going to click through on the link that I have for your Zoom room to make sure that I end up there, okay?

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

Okay. So that’ll be the first thing.

– Joe (media)

So I’m going to drop off now. So start a meeting, start a brand new meeting, and then I’m going to click the link, and then we’ll see if I end up there, okay?

– JD Wyczalek (at Full Ride Scholarships In Arizona AZ College Planning)

Okay.

– Joe (media)

So I’m going to end this one, and then we’ll just jump back on. Okay.
